We don't believe in giving you different prices for different levels of service. We only have one level of service - the best we can give you.
Standard Rates outside Auckland CBD - 25-30 photos provided

- Prices only valid within Auckland (up to approx 20km radius from downtown Auckland - call to confirm if you are unsure).
- Prices valid for apartments up to 100 square metres or houses up to 150 square metres. Please call for quotes on larger sized properties.
- Photos & floor plan will be finalised and burned to CD and/or made available to download 24-48 hours after the site visit. If a CD is requested, please allow time for postage.
- We aim to make floor plans as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee they are to scale - measurements are not provided on the plan.
